Is There a Way to Use Quotes in a Resume?

Question

I have some great quotes about the work I’ve done.  I was very proud of the work I did, and I think that the quotes do a good job of describing that. Can I add these to my resume?

Answer

It is fine to add quotes to your resume summary or professional experience section. These quotes can be from emails or other communications.  I think that quotes can add authenticity to a project description and in some cases can provide a different perspective. I recommend that the person’s name not be included – use only the job role/title of the individual.
